Check-in and check-out
July/August rentals: check-in and check-out on Saturdays only for a minimum 1 week stay (7 nights). Outside July/August: 2 night minimum rental booking.
Campsite pitch: no restrictions regarding check-in and check-out. You can book for as long as you like (subject to availability).
Our campsite is VACAF approved. We need your beneficiary number to set up your file once you’ve received your message. Once your file and the calculation of your rights have been raised, a deposit will be required of you to confirm your booking.
Two deposits are required for rentals. The first is in case of damage in the rental (200 EUR) and the second is in case you wish to purchase a cleaning package or if the rental is not cleaned satisfactorily at the end of your stay (85 EUR).
A 20 EUR deposit is required for campsite pitches to provide you with the magnetic card for barrier entry and European adaptor in case you don’t have one.
Entry and exit barriers
There are automatic barriers at the campsite’s entrance and exit. To open the barriers, you will be given a magnetic card on arrival in the campsite for a 20 EUR deposit for campsite pitches (included in the 200 EUR deposit for rentals). Barriers open from 8am to 10.30pm. No cars are permitted to drive on the campsite between 10.30pm and 8am except in the event of emergency. In the event of late arrivals, you can park on the secure car park at the campsite entrance.
A bracelet will be provided on arrival to everyone staying at the campsite and must be returned on departure.
Your rental must be clean and tidy for your inventory when you depart. If you want, you can purchase a 85 EUR cleaning package but you must book it at the beginning of your stay.
Your pitch must be clean and there must be no waste, bins, papers etc. when you leave.
Pets (excluding categories 1 and 2) are allowed on the campsite at a rate of 5 Euros per day per animal. They must be kept on a lead. You will be asked to provide your pet vaccination record at reception on arrival. At reception you’ll find a map of places to walk your pet along with dog waste bags to clean as you go. Pets are banned from areas reserved for horses only. You must bring a hoover to clean your rental.
Our campsite pitches and rentals have space for one vehicle to park. Reception must be informed of any additional vehicle and must be parked on the secure car park at the campsite entrance at a rate of 4 EUR per day.
Any guests not staying at the campsite must visit reception. Your guests will be asked to pay a fee to use the campsite facilities.
Guest rate: 6 EUR
Our local holiday tax is 0.38 EUR per day per person for campers aged 2 and over. The holiday tax only applies in July and August.
When you book your stay, you will be asked to pay a deposit to confirm your booking.
- Rentals: 150€ + 23 EUR in booking fees = 173 EUR
- Campsite pitches: 120 EUR + 23 EUR in booking fees = 143 EUR
Payment in full for your rental must be made 30 days before arrival or on the day of arrival for campsite pitches.
We accept payment by cheque, debit card, bank transfer and holiday vouchers. No refunds in the event of non-arrival or delay.
Cancellation insurance is optional. It costs 15 EUR for every week of your stay on the campsite or rental and must be paid at the same time as the deposit. It covers the refund of monies paid in the event of cancellation (not including booking fees of 23 EUR and insurance at 15 EUR per week) for the following reasons (upon presentation of proof): serious illness, accident, death, recent dismissal from work. In the event of cancellation more than 60 days before arrival, a flat fee of 60 EUR will be retained from the monies paid in addition to booking fees.
In the event of cancellation less than 60 days before arrival, no refund will be made. We strongly recommend cancellation insurance.
All persons affected by the rental contract and their guests must follow the campsite’s internal rules and regulations. Please read the rules upon arrival.
Mediation of consumer disputes:
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code relating to "the process of mediation of consumer disputes", the client has the right to use the mediation service offered by (name of the company) free of charge. The mediator "consumer law" thus proposed is MEDICYS.
